In my view Article submission is dying because submissions to article directories has been decreased drastically over time and it is now dominated by Blog and web2.0 technology and user generated content syndication.

Also when the time and effort to put into a thing is greater than the output received from such sites, I think it should be avoided. Article submission is very similar to “add you link for free” sites .. Pros may be good for seeking an audience, not a link or traffic or some links and occasional visitor and cons are greater as a consequences there are lot of chances of content duplication because the surfer usually visit search article sites to snip off content and use them in multiple place and on the contrary you’re helping the site owner than yourself and increasing risk of bad neighborhood. .

There might be exceptional case but People usually read the article but they hardly click on the links because they already gotten things what they’re looking for and usually ignore the links. By submitting your article to Article farms you help the site owner by providing quality content to them and getting little benefit on return. There might be good article sites for submission but still I think we should use our content for our own sites/blogs.

Also Articles submission are mostly used by freelancers and spammers these days because they’ve been mostly kicked out from other places. They’re submitting their articles to worst apprehend SEO neighborhoods. There are more chances that you’re giving away your quality content to sites that are no better than scrapers. Google Engineer Matt Cutts suggested recently they might be downgrading or ignoring such sorts of links, just as they are attempting to downgrade or ignore some other types of links which are found in article farm. Actually the articles should be taken as more integrated marketing, therefore better you should use them for your own blogs and show up in periodicals, Hosting industry magazines, Press release or you can syndicate your content through rss feed and collaborate them to credible web content resources such as wikipedia/google knoll. etc ..

Better I think we should broaden our horizons for content promotion and content syndication..

-Bob

Streaming media allow you to stream video content live and in real time, you can swing viewing or listening such as preview, video clips and view again features. With little simple equipment and little censorship or viewing control, you can be able to broadcast an audio-visual material on a worldwide.

Through Internet-connected device, or a PC or something more specific, the user can access on-line media in much the same way as it was earlier feasible only with a television or radio receiver. However the range of content vary like for Podcasting you can use variation, you can download in full the audio material and play back on a computer or shift to a digital audio player for listening. Also On -demand streams are being stored on a server for a longer period, and are made accessible at a user’s request.

YouTube, is one of the best example for video streaming because of the enormous number of daily users and grown up popularity in a short time span since it was launched on February 15, 2005 and now it is world number one website for free streaming video. It uses a flash-based web player which streams video files in the format FLV. Users are able to watch videos without creating account. The users those wish to upload video can get an unlimited amount of videos and create own personal profile and subscriber list. As per an estimation currently approx 825,000 new videos are uploaded every day in youtube, which is really amazing!

For web hosting of streaming media site you need greater network & control, higher bandwidth and 24×7 technical support, this should be your priority while looking for video hosting providers.
